Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Prior to Consultation

Clients may cancel their service request for a full 100% refund at any time before our consultant begins the scheduled analysis or architecture planning session.

2. Refund for Non-Delivery

If RK Software Solution fails to provide the agreed-upon consulting deliverables (e.g., Network Map, Configuration Plan, or Security Audit Report), the client is entitled to a full refund.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party hardware integrity, we do guarantee the quality of our professional advice. If you are unsatisfied with the consulting session, please report it within 7 days for a review and potential refund or re-service.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable if the resolution is prevented by hardware failure, lack of necessary software licenses, or the client's refusal to implement the consultant's recommendations.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
