Terms of Service

1. Consulting Agreement

By accessing the services of RK Software Solution ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to engage us for IT consultancy, network architecture planning, and software compliance advice. You acknowledge that our role is strictly advisory and technical in nature.

2. Independent Status

RK Software Solution is an independent third-party consultancy firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party hardware or software manufacturers. Any use of third-party trademarks is for descriptive and informational purposes only.

3. Scope of Services

• Network Architecture: Designing and planning local and wide area network structures.
• Software Consultation: Advising on the installation, configuration, and compliance of business software.
• Field Coordination: We may coordinate with local, independent contractors for physical on-site tasks.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide necessary access to systems and information required for the consultation. The client is solely responsible for maintaining data backups prior to any network changes or software implementation.

5. Payment & Billing

All services are billed based on the agreed-upon quotation or plan selected. Invoices must be verified manually to ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Services are rendered only after invoice verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

RK Software Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the implementation of our consulting advice. Our liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific service.
